Our support program is designed to help families navigate through the complex issues and emotions that arise. We hold information nights for families, residents and loved ones.

In addition, we can connect families with independent counselors or representatives from the Alzheimer’s Association that specialize in this field. Our staff is here to support you in any way we can; and if there’s ever a question we can’t answer, we’ll connect you with someone that can.

At Heritage Springs, residents are provided with all the familiar comforts of home and more. Our exclusive Living in the Moment memory care program provides loved ones with superior, individualized care that allows them to live life to the fullest, surrounded by a familiar, stress-free environment.

Each day follows a consistent routine from morning until bedtime. Structured activities have been found to improve overall mood and reduce frustration in individuals with dementia. It also allows residents more time to participate in activities that provide meaning and enjoyment.

Residents are provided with three delicious meals in our dining room, as well as snacks throughout the day. Planned day to day activities and daily living tasks are enhanced by therapeutic communication techniques specifically developed for people with memory impairments. Small outings and other supervised social activities in the Lewisburg community are also planned for residents’ entertainment. And if residents just need some time to relax, our on-site beauty salon/spa provides the perfect pampering.

In addition to the daily routine, residents will receive personalized services and medical assistance as necessary. We work closely with their family physician to ensure proper medication instructions and other needs are met.
