Clean, courteous, and caring! My loved one is doing better now than he was at home due to the 24-hour care he receives at Heritage Springs. He is safer there without all of the stairs and distractions at home.

During a desperate time to find a home to accommodate our father , executive director Emily was right there to step in and help us out , her knowledge and guidance made this transition for our father an easy one . Her compassion and care she provided not only eased our father with dementia but also eased our hearts as family as well. Dad loves his new home and the staff is exceptional.. we couldn’t be happier to call this place home for our father …thank you!

Heritage Springs cared so lovingly for my husband’s grandparents. It was during a really rough period of Covid where access to our loved ones wasn’t easy. We were so thankful for the health and safety precautions they took to allow our family to visit with the kids great grandparents. They were understanding, patient and kind. Thank you to all of the caregivers.

My parents moved into Heritage Springs from Nottingham Village. The care they received from the staff at Heritage Springs was wonderful: they were compassionate, kind and caring. I couldn’t have asked for more. When my parents passed, they were so helpful and kind, and I don’t know how I would have coped without their help.

It has been four years since our grandma passed away and we were reflecting on it all day. We remember everything about her – her kindness and smile and how she loved us. We were separated from her during COVID and we watched her decline quickly during this time. She was at a different facility during this time, due to issues there we moved her to Heritage Springs and we immediately felt relief. They were kind, compassionate and caring. Our grandfather was also there, due to his advanced dementia and Alzheimer’s he was a difficult patient and the staff dealt with him with kindness, respect and compassion. The patience that the staff showed was remarkable. They kept our family informed and allowed us to give two people we loved so deeply their best end of life care, and for that we are grateful.

Very welcoming, caring, and well-trained staff. The facility has a feeling of being at home, has plenty of natural light, courtyards, quiet spaces, spacious rooms, and according to our loved-one, the food is good.

Heritage Springs Memory Care does a fantastic job of caring for their residents, from the management level to the nurses on the floor. These guys provide the best care in the area! I have seen other nursing homes and they do not do what Heritage does. If you want outstanding care and for very reasonable price this is your place.

Heritage Springs Memory Care is a well-designed and beautiful facility; the staff members and administration are competent, respectful and kind to all the residents. My husband’s mother spent the last few years of her life there. Her final days were in hospice at Heritage Springs. It was touching to see how the staff handled her so lovingly and did everything they could to make her comfortable. There are not words to express what that meant to our family.

My mother and my family had a wonderful experience at Heritage Springs. Nurses, staff and administrators are very competent, helpful and friendly. The facility was always clean. The sitting rooms are comfy and bright. The sitting rooms and outdoor courtyards provide wonderful places for visiting loved ones.

Our parent has been at Heritage close to a year and she has adjusted extremely well. They have very kind staff and if you have an issue they are happy to meet with you and try to come up with the best solution for all. I sleep at night knowing she is secure, well fed and has 24 hour care. My sisters and I are pleased that she thinks Heritage is her home and we visit her almost daily. They try very hard to give them activities to keep them busy. But some of the residents like our parent choose to walk around enjoy getting exercise in a beautiful building!

Heritage Springs Memory Care is a beautiful facility filled with wonderful residents and staff. I have been to many events held at Heritage Springs and love seeing the compassionate care the staff provides to the residents. The residents are always well dressed and groomed properly. I can’t get over how bright and colorful the facility is. There was a lot of thought put into the building and design. I would recommend the facility to anyone whose loved one needs care with Dementia and Alzheimer’s. The staff is always putting smiles on the resident’s faces. Keep up the good work !
